Apprentice Plumber: Get Your PL01 Commercial Card!

We have a position open for a plumber who has experience in commercial construction and has the following goals:

1) Earn your PL01 commercial card.
2) Work for a company that treats their employees with respect and pays well.
3) Become an expert at plumbing and continue learning with a team of talented plumbers on interesting projects.

Candidate Requirements:
*Have at least 2 years of experience installing commercial plumbing systems.
*Have code knowledge (preferable via a trade school CITC or equivalent).
*Be willing to contribute to the team, be reliable and professional, and share our team values (see values below).
*Pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
*Have reliable transportation (we do provide company trucks after the trial period).
*Use technology efficiently.

Interview Process:
1) Introductory Call: To see if we are a mutual fit and to discuss background check & driving record.
2) Phone Interview with Journeyman Foreman: To establish your skill level.
3) Final Interview In Person on Jobsite: In person meeting with a Journeyman on a jobsite (we pay you for your time to meet with us).

Pay depends on your experience and skill-level. Wage is listed at a range based on the skill you bring to the table.

Licensed Journeyman Plumber-PL01

Parker Services is looking to add an experienced journeyman plumber to our team for commercial TI projects in the metro corridor of Seattle and the Puget Sound area.

You will be working with an amazing team of plumbers on unique, interesting and complex commercial plumbing projects.

We are looking for a plumber with at least 3 years of experience installing commercial plumbing systems. We require that you have code knowledge via attending a trade school (CITC or equivalent).

You must be able to work independently, communicate with site superintendents and project managers professionally, must be able to lead and manage apprentices, conduct site safety meetings, must be able to estimate time & materials for changes orders, create detailed lists for ordering supplies for job phases, and accurately estimate scheduling needs to finish phases of work for each project.

Pay depends on your experience and skills. We pay top wages + benefits based on experience. Plumbers must pass a background check, have a clean driving record, must have reliable transportation to and from work when needed, and use technology efficiently.


Licensed Residential Plumber-PL02

Parker Services seeks an experienced residential plumber for construction projects in and around the Seattle area. While this position will primarily focus on residential work, versatility for occasional commercial projects is valued.

You will be a part of a dynamic team of plumbers who work for top builders on high-end residential plumbing projects. At Parker Services, we prioritize teamwork and quality craftsmanship, and we don't require sales quotas or operate on a commission-based structure.

We are looking for a plumber with a minimum of 3 years of experience working on residential plumbing systems. Code knowledge, acquired through attending a trade school like CITC or equivalent is a plus.

Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with site superintendents and project managers. Leadership skills are essential for managing apprentices and conducting site safety meetings. Strong organizational skills are also crucial for estimating time and materials for change orders, creating detailed supply lists for job phases, and accurately estimating scheduling needs to complete project phases.
